How a service call works
- You call or book online. Tell us what the system is doing. A dispatcher confirms a two-hour arrival window, not a vague half-day block.
- We diagnose for a flat $89. The technician tests the system and explains what failed in plain terms. The $89 is waived when you book the repair.
- You approve a flat-rate price. You see the total before any work starts. It does not change if the job runs long.
- We finish and clear it with you. Most repairs are done the same day. New installs carry a 10-year parts and labor warranty.
